You have to restart all servers in the server group (as I understand it) when you change the ranking values. Restarting the e-mail engine will likely not change anything.

We verified the receiver email account on AR server and it has the same name, protocol and email profile, and its enable. If so, it may be that that server is not configured to process e-mail requests, so the e-mail engine attached to it will wait until the AR server tells it that it's its turn. The AREmail is communicating to the ARS using port xxxxx. We verify the communication is working but when sending an email to the Remedy email account the Email (Windows) engine has not polled the account. We verify by looking at the email message form on the AR server. The STDOUT file is indicating the email system is suspended. Any ideals, did we miss something or are we on the right track.
