My server is version 7.1. We do not have the Assignment Engine installed. Can I simply run this as a stand alone install? Is it a separate install from ARS? If so I eventually need to install on a production system. Does the install take long and is a reboot of the server (Windows 2003/ Sql 2000) required?
Does this product work well? Is it worth using to auto assign Help Desk (5.6) tickets to several groups?
