Subject: Re: "confirm save request" dialog box kept appearing

I am experiencing the same issue of "Confirm Save Request" dialog box
appearing in a search result even without modifying/changing anything in the
row/entry. I searched the list and found an older post but no resolution was
posted. Anyone encountered this lately? Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Tina
