Tina, Good to hear. One caveat though. You should confirm if that workflow that fired on those conditions are still applicable on create. If that's the case, then you will probably need to put a qualification of $OPERATION$ = "CREATE". The other alternative is to disable setting the change flag on those fields at the field level.
