Frex,

I'm afraid not. AIE is a schedule based system and not trigger based. If you
need real time your only best bet would be to create a DB link and work your
way up from there.

Subject: AIE 7.5

Dear all,

We are still on ITSM 7.0 and looking to upgrade at some stage. Someone asked me
if version AIE 7.5 somehow can detect (In real time) any change to a specific
attribute on a remote SQL Server table and (In real time of course) update the
locally mapped attribute/class?

This would be almost a miracle, but thought I will ask since I haven't seen 7.5
yet and don't have too much time to go through all the manuals etc.

Many thanks in advance,
Frex
