Assignment engine replaced the SHR:Assignment form and workflow.
Assignment Engines workflow uses the Company on the ITSM 7 Incident
form as the initial field it qualifies and since HD 5.6 does not have
this concept you would need to review all of the assignment engine
workflow to possible make it work.
