According to the documentation you can use any form as long as one holds
the assignee. The documentation suggests using the User form.  It also
states you need any form that holds a request and gives the Help Desk
form as an example. these are both pre ITSM forms which leaves me to
believe it should work with help desk 5.6. nothing in the documentation
for assignment engine 7.1 talks about any of the ITSM forms.

Assignment engine replaced the SHR:Assignment form and workflow. 
Assignment Engines workflow uses the Company on the ITSM 7 Incident form
as the initial field it qualifies and since HD 5.6 does not have this
concept you would need to review all of the assignment engine workflow
to possible make it work.

Anyone use this combo? I have never used the assignment engine before
and the documentation is not very detailed. I followed all the steps and
created a ticket but nothing happens? Anyone have any pointers?
