I have a company that no longer wishes to use our Remedy System. They are requesting an extract of their data in a fashion that could be read at a later time and also contain attachments.
I am aware that attachments can be pulled from Remedy in a .arx or .html file. However, in order to read the .arx and the attachments, you would need to re-import the data into a Remedy System. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can pull the data from Remedy with attachments in a way that can be used by a different tool for later reference for this company.
