BOXI 3.1 is not supported by AR System 7.5.00. This is due to, as stated in the compatibility matrix, a backwards compatibility issue introduced by SAP that made it technically infeasible at the time of the 7.5.00 release to support both BOXI R2 and BOXI 3.x in the same release. BMC is planning to work around this issue in the next scheduled release of AR System so that BOXI 3.x can be supported. -David J.
