Don't forget to include any forms that are referenced by table fields on the main form you are using, you'll want to add those to the list too.

For example, if you’re using Incident management, at the least, you would want to precache the Incident Management Console, Help Desk for, and perhaps the Overview Console, if you’re using that. Then, look at any other related forms that frequently get used and add those to the list; for example, maybe the forms related to searching for customers, etc. Realistically, you need to understand how your system is being used and where the pain points are.
