It kind of sound like you might have a problem with your plugin server or be 
related to issues with plugin configuration.  I won't be much help, but maybe 
that will at least (hopefully) point in the right direction.

Just installed version 7.5 patch 3 on a windows Server 2003 server running on 
VMWare ESX server. This is a test environment. The install went OK and I can 
log in and open all the forms. The problem occurs when I open the AR System 
Administration Console and click on System - general - Server Information. I 
get the error message above. Anyone have any ideas?
