We have an instance where a user had Incident Master permission and was
able to change the status of an incident of a  user in a different
group. The 
permission was changed to Incident User but they were still able to do
the change.  Is there an interval setting that controls how soon the
users permissions become active/effective such as a cache
refresh/timeout? Thanks.
