Hate to say it then, but the problem appears to be local to that machine, still thinking it's browser related....can that machine try Chrome or Opera, or something else, just for giggles?

I have did what LJ and Begosh, Kevin told me to do but still this error occurs. I flush the cache of mid tier and disable the " persistence cache mode ".
