Assuming you are not doing attachments (pictures), etc, it's pretty nominal. I was just running some exports from 7.03. For an export file file of 100,000 CTM:People records the disk space used is 82,000 MB, or .82 MB/each. Considering this is an export file (ARX) that is flat text it's probably substantially larger than what is stored in Oracle. Still - even at this size - you'd only be looking at < 7 GB/year in the worst case scenario. I'd actually expect it to be way under that.

Anyone have an idea how much space 1 people entry takes up in Remedy ITSM 7.0.3? This would be factoring in the User form record as well. We are running an Oracle 10g DB.
