Remedy 6.3 Apache Tomcat I want to setup the ability for users to raise their own 'basic' tickets using our mid-tier. We have enabled guest logins so we create a temporary username I have various views on the form, one of which is called WebSubmit with my minimum field requirements, so i have tried the following link, and yes it opens the view, but it is NOT in submit mode. http://server-name-here/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=form-name-here&view=WebSubmit&server=server-name&username=temporary-id&mode=Submit Can anyone confirm please why this is ? I'm scouring the documentation but cant seem to find out why.
