Hi, Even though support for 6.0 got dropped when 7.1 became available, I still think that the upgrade is supported. I have never tried it though.
Remember the small tool RRR|HideExpandBox, that will help you fix up the layout after the upgrade. The 3 fields Submitter, Modified By and Assigned To, in alla forms, will be increased in length during the upgrade. This cause the char-field-expand-box to appear to the right of each field... https://www.rrr.se/cgi/tools/main#rrrDefHideExpandBox Best Regards - Misi, RRR AB, http://www.rrr.se Products from RRR Scandinavia: * RRR|License - Not enough Remedy licenses?
