You need to create the associating records in the People Permissions form, for users automatically created in the CTM people. How you create them depends largely on where you would be getting the information to create these user records.. so without that information it would nearly be futile going through possibilities for achieving your task at hand.. Create individual passwords for each user and send them an email that a account has been created with the temporary password so they would have their login information..
