Doable I guess so long as you do not mind the process of manually validating
the data and then promoting it? If you know your data is 100% air tight
(rarely the case I know - in ideal worlds that exist far far away) you could
skip that and develop your own process of feeding that data in..

    Hi,

First of all a Happy New Year to all who read this..

You need to create the associating records in the People Permissions
form, for users automatically created in the CTM people.

How you create them depends largely on where you would be getting the
information to create these user records.. so without that information it
would nearly be futile going through possibilities for achieving your task
at hand..

Create individual passwords for each user and send them an email that a
account has been created with the temporary password so they would have
their login information..

      Hello Listers

Does anyone have any advice on how to push (New People) information
directly into the CTM:People form to create users records that will create
accounts used only to create incident request. Or if there is another
option please let me know.

These users will be automatically created outside of Remedy and I
would then like to puch that information into the right Remedy form to
create a person record.

      Thanks in Advance
      Abdul
