Issue is fixed. The problem was that I had made the Business Time Segment ID and Description "Idependence Day - Observed". NOTE: I did not let the ID get generated by the system. Once I saved the new time segment, I noticed that I had misspelled the name and fixed it. Well, whenever you create a time segment and associate it to a Business Entity, it creates an entry in form Business Segment-Entity Association. When I fixed the misspelled word, the association was invalid because it associates the Segment ID to the Entity ID. Therefore I was getting the error ARERR 644 - To fix the issue I simply delete the entries in the Business Segment-Entity Association form.
Hope this helps someone else along the way..
