I have the error in our Midtier Log: Dec 28, 2009 8:05:12 AM - SEVERE (com.remedy.log.SERVLET) : GoatException during NDXRequest: ARERR [9264] User has no access permission to the form Contract Signature Dialog Box.
How do I know who is creating this error? Why doesn't it log the users login id???? Right now our log level is Warning and the Log Format is Simple Text. Is there something else I need to set to gather this info?
