Marcelo,
Turning on logging would tell you for sure what command is being issued 
and what tag is missing.  Your application probably has some way to 
"Update Business Hours and Holidays".  I'd guess they aren't defined for 
all or part of one of your SLA's.

time segment error 644






Help,
I'm getting the following error:
ARERR [644] No Time Segment definition exists with the specified tag

I was entering new unavailable times for 2010 for my company... now when 
users create incident tickets with Priority of medium or above they get 
this error message.

Any ideas?
