To add to what Hugo and others suggested, when you report performance issues. it would also be nice to add where you are really seeing drop in the performance. Is it generally doing anything that you are experiencing problems with (which in case it could be you run short of hardware resources) or is it in a specific area of the application (where you may require to tune the apps using tips that Hugo pointed out)
Without that its hard to really tell - its like phoning your doctor and saying hey I have a problem and I think I'm not well and not really telling him what you are experiencing and yet expect the doctor to fix you with some magic portion..
