The ARERR 93 suggests that the admin thread is busy doing something and so is
not available for the Admin Tool to use. If you happen to have server logging
on you may be able to work out what it's up to from the logs. Also, depending
which platform you're on, you may be able to use ptack (Solaris), gstack
(Linux), procstack (AIX) or Spotlight on Windows to see what the admin thread
is up to. If the thread has died/hung for some reason you're going to have to
restart the server.

Manish

Just try using Demo(as UserName and Password if configured) and provide the RPC
number as 390600 in the accounts tab.

Sometimes the admin thread gets locked and doesn't respond.

Give it a shot :)

Cheers

Hello Jaya,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

1. Actually we could logon to the ARUser using our Demo(Admin) account.

2. But couldn't logon to ARADMIN(Admin client).

Which was working just two hours back, and there after no people profile
changes etc.

Any clue.

Regards

Manish

Hi Manish

Try restarting the arsystem this should resolve your issue, incase its
production box and you can't restart.. Try login with you adm account and
provide the rpc number as the admin queue number, that should work.
