Hi,

This is just some memories from a short reverse engineering session with
the ITSM notification system...

Both individual and group notification has settings in
"NTE:CFG-Notification Events".

There is also the "SYS:Notification Messages" that needs to be in place.

Another thing that overrides things are the "On call group"-flag in form
"CTM:Support Group".
