Hi,

When you are defining the web-service in the Admin-tool, you do not access
any WSDL or web-server at all.

When you are reading a WSDL from the web-server inside of a FLTR in
Admin-tool, you go from your local PC straight to the web-server.

When you go to the WSDL via your browser, you may or may not have a
proxy-server in between.

>> Page..." and then point Admin-tool to this file.
