Hi, ARsystem 7.1 patch 7, SQL 2005
Just patched Incident/Problem/Change to 7.0.2 patch 7, needed this for our monitoring tool, we previously had no patch, this is currently on the test system. Now it seems through the Requestor Console when creating requests no longer update, they sit In Process. Anyone seen this and know the work around. I know according to the patch some of the CAI forms had been updated. Seems like a lot of the fields no longer push.
