I looked at that and everything seems mapped correctly. All was working great before patch :( patches drive me crazy

There's a field on the form called 'Return Message'. If it's a mapping issue such as there's a mapping to a field/form that's no longer available this is where it will show up. Now it seems through the Requestor Console when creating requests no longer update, they sit In Process. Anyone seen this and know the work around. I know according to the patch some of the CAI forms had been updated. Seems like a lot of the fields no longer push.
