Anyone have experience with Qualtrics (www.qualtrics.com) for Surveys? One of our departments recently obtained University-wide site license for this survey software and I am wondering if anyone has tried to integrate it with Remedy. They seem to have web APIs for XML/SOAP access and an integration server.
