Dear List. We have many Crystal Reports that run when we click a button, which calls an Active Link, which launches a Crystal Report for the entry on which the button resides. The report itself is stored in a Remedy "Report" form entry. And they all work except one. This one opens the correct report, but the report has no data.
The selection qualification is "'Entry ID' = $Entry ID$". If I set the Active Link/Window Type to "Modify" instead of "Report" it pulls up the correct entry data, so the report should be finding the correct entry data as well. The report displays the data fine in Crystal itself. I am running as Administrator, so there should be no permission issues. The Active Link/Report Information seems to be set up exactly the same as for the reports that work. Any idea what might be happening?
