Thanks, Cathy!

I came in this morning to find that the problem mysteriously vanished during
the nite. The report now displays with all its data. It could easily be a
caching issue that somehow got cleared when I closed down and restarted my
computer. I'll remember your suggestion if it happens again.

Thanks again,
Dwayne

We have experienced this same problem where one user could pull data into a
report and
Another trying to run the same report could not. Is your problem unique to an
individual or happening to all users?

This seemed to work on an individual basis for us.

Try deleting the cache from the home directory - including the Crystal Reports.

I went about it the hard way - uninstalling the client , deleting Crystal
redistributables, re-installing the client and remapping the ODBC driver -
still no progress with printing.

Next I tried reinstalling the client once again but created new folders instead
of using the
Default directory during installation. This seemed to have worked.

I assumed there must have been corrupted cache files causing the problem.

Subject: Crystal Report with no data

**
Dear List.

We have many Crystal Reports that run when we click a button, which calls an
Active Link, which launches a Crystal Report for the entry on which the button
resides. The report itself is stored in a Remedy "Report" form entry. And
they all work except one. This one opens the correct report, but the report has
no data.

The selection qualification is "'Entry ID' = $Entry ID$". If I set the Active
Link/Window Type to "Modify" instead of "Report" it pulls up the correct entry
data, so the report should be finding the correct entry data as well.

The report displays the data fine in Crystal itself. I am running as
Administrator, so there should be no permission issues. The Active Link/Report
Information seems to be set up exactly the same as for the reports that work.

Any idea what might be happening?
