HI
 
I have a some problem witn the Online help installation.
 
Im try to install some of the ITSM online help and when request a data of
ARS SERVER, USER NAME, and TCP Port Im put all the information that Im use
in my Remedy User Tool, but when I click in the Next Button send me the
error, Authetication failed check the AR Server Name, AR Server Port and
user name.
Im checkin the access to User Tool, Admin tool, and web and the acces is
succesfully.
 
Im put directly the ARTCPPORT Enviroment with port 9000 and im put my server
with port mapper only, but not happening anything
 
Do yo have any idea for what reason send me this error?
 
Windows 2003 Server --> Web Server ---> Tomcat 5.5.25 ---> Mid tier 7.1
patch 7 --> Server B
Windows 2003 Server --> AR SERVER 7.1 patch 7 & Sql Server 2005 --> Server A
 
The server A and B see correctly by the network
And I try to install the help in the same server with AR SERVER and
happening the same.
