Since HPD:incidentInterface_Create is also creating a new HPD:Helpdesk entry is 
the error associated to no assignment mapping?

I just have a small question, Is it mandatory for a person to belong to a 
support group when he/she is trying to create ticket through 
HPD:IncidentInterface_Create. 
If i dont assign the person any support group it gives an error..Will be very 
good if someone can confirm this
