Hi,

 

Is your "Enable Multiple Assign Groups" option checked in "Server
Information" Form >Under "Configuration" Tab? This is also one of the
reasons of this issue.

As per my knowledge this happens if a Group Name is changed and the
system cannot find the required group while keep on appending on the
Assignee field.

 

I have check all the Group but nothing seems to have changed.  Last we
faced this issue we had deleted the permission on the RSD and CTI and
reimported it again and it worked.. But this time it not working.. 

It may not be a big problem but a minor one which i am not able to find
out if any one had this issue let me know what a fix for this.

I have couple of days to fix it or else will end up dropping the
database of the dev box and putting a update one with that of Prod..
