Hi, Check the User form in the database and you may find that an extra character (in my case it was a semicolon) has been appended at the beginning of the group list field. This prevents Remedy from translating the group name.
If the source of the problem by you is the same as by me - Helpdesk 6.0 - you are in luck as BMC already has a fix they can send you. I have check all the Group but nothing seems to have changed. Last we faced this issue we had deleted the permission on the RSD and CTI and reimported it again and it worked.. But this time it not working.. It may not be a big problem but a minor one which i am not able to find out if any one had this issue let me know what a fix for this. I have couple of days to fix it or else will end up dropping the database of the dev box and putting a update one with that of Prod..
