ARS 7.1 p5 SQL Server 2005 / Windows 2003 In the Remedy user tool if you display the status history for an incident and then close the dialog you must refresh the incident in order to redisplay the status history. I have been seeing this for long time and was wondering if there is a work around. I expected a patch would've taken care of it but I think this has been going on since 7.0 and 7.1p9 still has the issue.
