The other issue is when you view the status history, notice the CRQ number... chances are it will not match the "Change ID+" field of the change ticket. I know this happens because the Change ID+ is not the actual ID of the change request.
Besides the Status History "disappearing", this is also annoying. ..my 2 cents. I have been seeing this for long time and was wondering if there is a work around.
