Hi Listers, I have recently noticed on ITSM 7.5 (Patch 2) that when i change the status of an Incident from Resolved to Assigned (re-open ), the Re-opened Date does not get populated in the Incident.
So, when does this Re-opened date get populated? Thanks in advance!
