However the script isn't directly called in order to set the environment variables. mypath/script consists of #!/usr/bin/sh LD_LIBRARY_PATH=<paths> export LD_LIBRARY_PATH /<mypath>/<the_c_script_itself> "$@" @Conny: you are right, I doubt that this is really related to the environment variables.. But i am not sure how to overcome this..
