This is what I thought it was.
1. NTE:CFG:-Notification Events: Either create a new notification event or use a current one. Only problem with using current one is that if employee opts out that it is for both emails and not just the out of the box or the one you added. 2. SYS:Notification: Create new message here, using the new notifcation event you create or the out of the box one. 3. NTE:SYS:-Define NT Events: not sure but I am guessing that this form checks which applications can use the notication event? I am not sure either if you have to create an entry here if you create a new Notifiction event? 4. I am assuming all the configuration is done, so you can use workflow to call the new notification by creating a record in NTE:SYS-NT Process Control form using passing all the correct values inlcuding Notification Message Tag for the one you just created. This is pretty much what I think it takes. I am going to try it out a little later on today. If anyone knows of a step I might be missing let me know. This also assumes that you are using only out of the box fields that are available already on the SYS:Notification Messages form.
