Hi, We have a windows 2003 environment - where ARS 7.1 and AIE 7.x on 2 different 2003 servers.
I have one job active and am seeing the following error in the AIE log file for that job (replaced up address with XXX:XXX:XXX:XXX): [Sun May 23 2010 07:54:01.5250] - <TID: 001> <ERR > InitARConnection - cannot access private server: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX. Error = 2 [Sun May 23 2010 07:54:01.5250] - <TID: 001> <ERR > Check the RPC program number and the Port number. [Sun May 23 2010 07:54:01.5250] - <TID: 001> <ERR > StartDataHandlers: CMDB Data Handler failed to start. Any help will be appreciated.
