All, We have ARS 7.1 and AIE 7.1 on 2 separate windows servers.
AIE starts fine but when it tries to run the only active job it fails and the error in the log file for that job is (changed the ip address) 'Connection Settings' Error: InitARConnection - cannot access private server: XXX:XXX:XXX:XXX. Error = 2 Check the RPC program number and the Port number. StartDataHandlers: CMDB Data Handler failed to start. Any help would be appreciated.
