I just came off a short term contract doing workshops for BMC and I am looking for my next contract. I have several 7.5.1 with ITSM 7.5.1 and ITSM 7.6 full implementations. I can doing opening workshops through requirements on into development and go-live. My average upgrade from ITSM 7.0.3 to ITSM 7.6 is 3 months and I am building tools to streamline that even further. I based out of Indianapolis, In however I am will to travel on a weekly basis.
