List, I have incoming emails that ARS is parsing out and creating tickets with the simple submit instructions from the email engine guide such as
Schema: HPD:HelpDesk Server: TestServer Login: Testuser Password: 12345 Action: Submit etc.... I get this to work but, we are using a load balanacer in our one environment and you have to put a port for that log in. What is the line you have to put here to add the TCP port. I have tried a number of things but have not been successful.
