Hey Listers, In looking for a contract job, I find a blizzard of posting for a Washington DC gig with the same description. If you google the phrase "District's Remedy 7.5 upgrade" you'll see what I mean. The rates are all over the map.
If anyone knows the company that won the award, it may help to avoid several layers of middlemen. The government websites only allow searches that go back one year, so I presume it is older than that.
