This was because of an IIS issue (the Crystal is using IIS). We got that sorted out and now the mis-tier that is local to the Crystal server works. Now I'm trying to make my other mid-tier talk to it and work with Crystal as well...and am getting a different plugin error: SEVERE (com.remedy.log.DVMODULE) : Exception while processing requestARERR [9391] No module with name "Report" was found in the following configured module server(s) Clearly this error is inaccurate, since the reports are working against the same ARS from a different mid-tier. This reporting setup is so frustrating.

By the looks of things I would say its not a plugin issue. Is there an ARERR9394?
