Hi, We have recently migrated for Remedy ARS 7.0.1 to 7.5 and since then I have one issue with one filter which call one API script..
By looking to the log I see that the filter exit the script with a error "Exit Code : 127" ... furthermore it seems that the script is even not exectuted and the error is created before. May be there is a permission issue as this is installed on new server, or the filter call should be done differently. By manually running on CLI the script everything works fine.
