All, One of my clients is on v6.3 and is adding more users (25%) and there would be an increase in incidents also. What I needed to know was - is there a white paper for 6.3 that I could use in terms of sizing. I would like to assess the current architecture - DB / Remedy / Hardware etc and make sure the existing infrastructure can handle it.
