Hi All, We are currently on ARS 7.1 with our custom Help Desk application and we are evaluating SRM products (Kinetic Request, BMC SRM) for our Service Desk. I have gone through the product videos available in the (Kinetic Request) website and it looks very interesting. I just want to hear the experiences(pros, cons) you guys had in using Kinetic Request.
