Hi Sandy I second Joe's comments You need to do a total cost of ownership, which will include buying the ITSM application licenses, increase in BMC support, the need to ugrade your ITSM applications every 3-4 years (so you are not unsupported). Most importantly you need to do a full gap analysis on your applications and what the ITSM applications have. The gap analysis needs to include the following areas:
