Hi all, I would like to configure Approval Mapping for Service Requests with
1. One based on Site+ e.g. if Site is New York, then the approval should be done by New York Managers group. I am setting the level for this approval as zero (0). 2. Another based on Navigation Category e.g. if it is an Enterprise Support Service, then the approval should be done by Senior Managers group. Is it possible to set both of these mappings at level 0 with the intention that Navigation Category takes precedence over the one based on Site+?
